Who is responsible

This policy applies to brimpath.cloud, published as BRIMPATH by Tong Yi. The contact for privacy enquiries is RadujSkuter385@gmail.com. It covers this website and enquiries sent directly to its publisher. It does not govern websites reached through external links or the independent practices of your email provider, device, browser or network.

The website as currently configured

You can read the public travel articles without a BRIMPATH account. We do not provide comments, a newsletter, payments or an online booking service. The website includes the Google AdSense script for advertising integration. We do not load standalone behavioural analytics, social tracking widgets or third party web fonts. Destination photographs are served as local website assets.

Technical access information

A hosting provider or infrastructure operator may process information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, requested address, browser information, access time, status code and security events. The actual retention and processing depend on the hosting service used for the deployed website. We do not claim that browsing is anonymous or that network level logs do not exist. We use necessary access information for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and fault investigation.

Search and browser storage

The guide search and filter controls operate within your browser using the public catalogue. Search text is not submitted to an advertising service or a BRIMPATH search server. If you change the reading or storage preferences offered on the site, the browser may store a small preference value so your choice can be remembered. Clearing site data removes that preference. These controls are not a certified advertising consent platform and do not authorise advertising tracking.

Information you send

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and any personal information you choose to include. We use this information to answer the enquiry, investigate corrections or rights issues, and maintain relevant business records. Please send only what is needed. BRIMPATH is a general audience travel publication and is not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
