Include the relevant page address and enough context for us to understand the issue. We do not publish a phone number or visitor office, and we do not offer customer support on behalf of transport or accommodation providers.

Corrections and local knowledge

If you spot a station error, closure, changed access arrangement or misleading statement, send the exact passage and a reliable source where possible. Local knowledge is welcome, but we may need to verify a suggested change before publishing it. A report does not guarantee immediate removal or a particular editorial outcome.

Privacy and image rights

For a privacy request, explain the right you wish to exercise and how the information relates to BRIMPATH. Avoid sending identity documents unless we explain why a proportionate verification step is necessary. For an image complaint, include the article address, the image you mean, your rights claim and a way to contact you. We will review the licence record and take appropriate action.

Advertising and partnerships

Commercial enquiries should identify the organisation and proposed relationship. We do not accept requests to disguise paid content, sell favourable reviews, encourage ad clicks or publish unsupported claims. Advertising requires appropriate disclosures, consent arrangements and a separate implementation review before activation.

Before you email

This site does not process bookings, ticket refunds, lost property reports or travel insurance claims. Contact the relevant provider for those matters. For urgent problems during a trip, use the appropriate local assistance service. Do not include payment card numbers, passport copies, passwords or sensitive medical details in an ordinary editorial email.

How enquiries are handled

Emails are reviewed by the publisher as capacity allows. We cannot promise a response time or individual itinerary advice. Your message is used to handle the enquiry and related records as explained in our Privacy Policy. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
